TRiHO was invited to join a competition for the development of a luxury resort in a remote Iceland location. The project heavily relied on architectural intent and its alignement with complex operational challenges. Part of the competition involved preliminary study on the following:

TRiHO was consulted to provide expertise around the development and ownership model of a resort targeted at the ‘ultra-luxe’ traveler, including spa amenities, F&B outlets and apartment rentals.
